We send a written quotation afterwards. There's no obligation.
Work scheduled
We plan the work around your move dates and your building's rules.
After you accept the quote, a 50% deposit confirms your date.
What we check at the visit
- The condition of each wall, ceiling, door and frame
- Cracks, flaking paint, stains and signs of damp
- Measurements for each room or surface
- Colours, finishes and the paint brand you prefer
- Access, building rules and your key dates
What your written quotation covers
- The rooms and surfaces to be painted
- The preparation each surface needs
- The paint brand and colours you've chosen, or your own paint
- How the work will be planned around your dates
Why we don't quote from photos
Photos are a great start and help us prepare for the visit. But cracks, damp and old paint only show up properly in person, and we'd rather give you one accurate quotation than a guess that changes later.
Payment
When you go ahead, you can pay by FPS, PayMe, bank transfer or cash.
