Move-in & move-out repainting

Between tenants is often the best time to repaint: the flat is empty and the work goes faster. Tell us your handover or move-in date at the start, and we'll plan the visit and the work around it.

Not sure who's responsible for repainting? Check your tenancy agreement or ask your agent. We can give you a written quotation to share with them either way.

What this can include

• Full repaint or selected rooms
• Floors and fittings covered, and a clean-up when we finish
• Filling nail holes and small cracks
• Covering marks and stains before the new coat
• Doors, frames and skirting
• Colour match to the existing walls, only when you give us the paint brand and colour code
• Access arranged with your agent or landlord

Good to know

• Give us your handover date early so we can plan around it.
• If you're overseas, tell us who holds the keys and we'll arrange access with them. Our foreman speaks English.
• We work 8am to 10pm, 7 days, within your building's rules.
